Yoshi Takita is fluent in Japanese/English. was born and raised in Osaka, Japan After receiving his high school diplomat in his hometown, he came to the United States at the age of 18. He continued his college study in New York City and received his Associate Degree in Small Business and Entrepreneurship at City University of New York. In 2002, he had received Real Estate License in the State of New York. He was the first Japanese appointed to serve NY Long Island Board of REALTOR® in 2010, also became New York State Association of REALTOR® Director since 2012. Also 2019 chair of Global Business Committee NY Long Island Board of REALTORS® 2017-2018 NAR President Liaison to Mongolia, and Serving Advisory board for FIABCI Mongolia. He is recipient of: 2013 20 Under 40 award from YPN Long Island Board of REALGTORS 2017 Medal of honor, Fiabci ( Federation of International Real Estate ) in Dubai 2019 RPAC Hall of Fame from NYSAR (New York State Association of REALTORS) He focuses on Residential Lease/Rental, Sales, property management and Commercial Investment.
