Jose Maldonado, born in Ecuador, relocated to Charlotte, N.C., in 1997 to build his real estate business. He assists buyers and sellers in Charlotte, Concord, and Kannapolis. With over 20 years of experience, he has had a strong presence in the Charlotte Regional Realtor Association, NAHREP, and the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals.
