I now work with Coldwell Banker Realty in Honolulu and own Gates & Estates Lake Tahoe Realty in Incline Village, NV. I've completed my courses of study for CCIM and am building my portfolio to take the comprehensive final exam. I focus on hospitality, multi-family, industrial/commercial and development in both Hawaii & Nevada. In addition I sell luxury homes and condos. Along with my North American business I also work in China and Korea.
