Bill Luther is a successful real estate professional based in Cambridge, MA. He obtained his license in 1985 and established Channing Real Estate with his wife Cay in 1987. He is a multi-million dollar producer and has many years of experience helping people relocate as both a buyers agent and a sellers agent. Prior to his career in real estate, Bill worked as a financial analyst at State Street Bank. He graduated from Umass Boston and is a long-time resident of Cambridge, MA, currently living in Carlisle, MA. He is an experienced real estate brokerage manager and property manager. When he is not working, Bill enjoys spending time with his family, including his wife Cay, his daughter Ashley, her husband Jacob, and his granddaughters Emerson and Amanda. He also loves walking his standard poodle Sophie, reading, and enjoying quiet time. Bill is an active member of several professional organizations, including The Realty Guild, The Massachusetts Association of Realtors, The Greater Boston Real Estate Board, and The National Association of Realtors. He serves as the membership chair for The Realty Guild, a member of the Finance Committee for The Massachusetts Association of Realtors, a member of the Charitable Gifts committee of The Greater Boston Real Estate Board, and a member of The Sponsorship Committee for FIABCI, The International Real Estate Federation.
