I have  lived in the Triangle area of North Carolina for over 25 years. My formal background is in Civil Engineering, but I also have significant experience as a manager specializing in customer service with a well developed local market expertise.  I understand how  important peace-of-mind and clarity are to making informed decisions involving real estate transactions.  Having been in a military family, I am well acquainted with VA loans, military relocation and other considerations unique to the military life style.  I’m equipped with the necessary knowledge to assist with your international real estate referrals or needs as well.  As a result of my diverse background, I also offer international Real Estate services with focus on Costa Rica. Last but not least, I’m also thoroughly fluent in the Spanish language, reading and writing at a university level.
