The first time homebuyer who looks to me for guiding them through the myriad of steps from getting pre-qualified and pre-approved, starting our search, shopping, writing an offer, recommending vendors (home inspectors, other needed contractors, title company, insurance, etc.,) and getting to the closing table for a celebration of New Home Ownership. Then there are the relocations, the military clients, move-up, move-outs. There are different challenges with every group of people ... buyers and sellers ... and since I treat every customer like they are part of my family, by the time we complete a transaction we are friends ... and I'm their Realtor for Life.
