Randy Matusoff is a commercial real estate broker in the South Bay office (Los Angeles/Long Beach area) of NAI Capital. For over 30 years, Randy has represented tenants, landlords, buyers, and sellers in various types of commercial real estate transactions and consulting services including REO sales, trust sales, land sales, and lease and sublease negotiations Since joining NAI Capital, Randy has been the Top Producer – South Bay for numerous months. He is also a NAI “Capital Club” Award recipient. He has achieved the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) designations. Less than five percent of the commercial real estate brokers in the United States hold both these designations. Randy has served in the CCIM Greater Los Angeles Chapter as Program Chair, Vice President and President Elect.
