Investing in real estate has been a passion of mine since 1980. My family has ensured that I understand the in's and outs of that industry, as well as, the construction business. Now, married to a contractor and building homes, I understand better than most the intricacies of a home. I also make it a practice to get a full home inspection prior to listing a property so as to know what little repairs can be done ahead of time. This will save my owner time and money and frustration once we go into escrow. I feel I am a full service agent fro beginning to many years after that first transaction.
