I've started working as a RE/MAX real estate consultant in Curitiba, Brazil, one of the 6 countries where I have lived, with the desire to give a turn to my life and attracted by the enthusiasm of one of the few company's Brokers in that country at that time (obrigada Yves Navarro!!). Following the process of transformation, I returned to Spain in 2016 where I wanted to continue with the same company that I shared from the beginning spirit and ethics with, finding again an extremely well organized, prepared and united team. I'm Italian and I speak 4 languages (Italian, Spanish, English and Portuguese) which make it easier for me to assist international buyers who are still attracted to the Spanish market. I've been a "client" of the real estate market for more than 20 years, as a buyer, seller and tenant, therefore I know all the practical aspects that surround this business. More importantly, I have lived in the first person all the emotional phases involved in a real estate transaction and I know exactly what I do NOT want from a consultant and what it is indispensable: someone who really listens to me and who resolves my business or doubts, with patience and professionalism. A person that have the knowledge of the entire process and the security of a company and a range of partners that cover my needs beyond the pure transaction. I am autonomic, not an employee and I put my face and my finances in every real estate project that I undertake together with my client to whom I ask for trust. That, yes, I demand. I love my work and I do it with passion, discipline and the goal, day after day, to improve my service for those who want to sell or buy, whether by necessity or to pursue a dream.
