#myperfectday in #Toronto , Canada is to wake up early in the morning, go to the gym, go back home, take a warm shower, have a healthy breakfast, put on a slick versace suit, take the black #porsche and head to the office to plan for the day, have a couple of showings, then jump back again into the black #porsche for a listing appointment, head back to the office to close some deals and make millions of dollars in commission, stop by a flower shop to buy my wife some flowers so she would let me go out again to have dinner with a client or so, switch cars and take the white #maserati for the dinner, then go back home to rap up the day before heading to bed. That's it :))

#myperfectday in #Portland would be breakfast (salmon benedict to die for) at Sckavone's on Division at SE 41st ave. Then on to the ReBuilding Center to find a new/old screen door for the back porch, a coffee on Mississippi, and then a german lunch and beer at Prost also on Mississippi. After lunch, take a drive up to Marine Dr. behind the airport to chase a plane taking off while driving along the Columbia River. Cross the bridge and go over to the Washougal River and Dougan Falls to swim with the family for the afternoon. Dry off, come back into town and down to Wild Abandon, on Belmont at SE 26th or so, for dinner and drinks. Then to music and dancing just about anywhere. The east side of Portland is where it's AT!

My perfect day in Calgary is bluebird sky reflecting the Rocky Mountains, Chinook winds warming us up, big smiles on my clients' faces as I post a SOLD sign on their home, BBQ is warming up steaks and I'm surrounded by my friends and family! #myperfectday

#myperfectday in #Victoria #YYJ: more A visit to Fisherman's Wharf for a snack at Barb's Place Fish & Chips, ice cream and fresh Dungeness crab from the dock. Then a stroll to the Inner Harbour for great people watching and photo op at the Parliament Building. The day ends with some of the best sushi at one of many great spots downtown.

#myperfectday in #northvancouver starts by an early morning hike on Quarry Rock followed by a waterfront picnic with sandwiches and world-famous doughnuts from Honey's (more). Next stop would be sitting down for a late afternoon drink on the Marinaside Grill patio.

#myperfectday in #Vancouver would be biking around the seawall in the summer. I would first stop at the Urban Fare in Yaletown to grab some snacks for the day, then bike around the seawall to Third Beach where I would lay down for a picnic. After I would make my way to Granville Island to do some stand-up paddle boarding then end the day off at a local patio!
