My job allows me the financial ability to work and earn a pay with no cap, I can care for my family and work around appointments and important dates, meeting and working with new people from all walks of life everyday, watching someone smile when they purchase a new home or sell property to move on in their lives. I can work from home, or on vacation or wherever or whenever I want. What is there not to love about my job? Every day is a learning experience for me at a home inspection or learning about a new mortgage, town, or new building designs. The world is open to Realtors all over this beautiful world we live in ............. It's right there for us to enjoy..........just take the time and enjoy it. I do love my job!

But when my clients walk in the door they are looking at where they will raise their family, or host Thanksgiving dinner... Where they will build memories. For 30 years I worked for a large, nationwide healthcare organization. While I was at a high level in the organization there was always someone to report to and many reporting to me. Now that I've been in real estate for 6-1/2 years, I love the independence and knowing that I am directly responsible for the success I have enjoyed.

Purchasing or selling a home can be a wonderful time in people's lives, so it is especially rewarding to help people achieve their dreams First time home buyers are my favourite clients as I work closely with them to educate them and make it a fun experience. What a thrill to give first time home buyers keys to their very own home. Sometimes selling a home is not a happy experience. People downsize due to age, or sell because of death or divorce. This is when my professional skills and my life experience really kicks in, as I work very hard to take the stress away and ensuring the process is as stress free as possible. Lastly, real estate is a great job because it gives me the freedom to work at my own pace, and with the clients I choose to work with!

The first time homebuyer who looks to me for guiding them through the myriad of steps from getting pre-qualified and pre-approved, starting our search, shopping, writing an offer, recommending vendors (home inspectors, other needed contractors, title company, insurance, etc.,) and getting to the closing table for a celebration of New Home Ownership. Then there are the relocations, the military clients, move-up, move-outs. There are different challenges with every group of people ... buyers and sellers ... and since I treat every customer like they are part of my family, by the time we complete a transaction we are friends ... and I'm their Realtor for Life.
